Again Jesus spoke to them, saying, “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” – John 8:12
Jesus, You are light and life. There is no darkness in You. Your radiant presence brings delight to my heart. Thank You for the gift of light. Thank You for shining brightly in a dark world. Please help me to shine brightly for You today, Lord. Give me responses that reflect You. Give me a smile that causes others to feel the warmth of Your presence. Give me a loving attitude that displays You, Jesus. In Jesus’ name, amen.
