God's Goodness
Oh, taste and see that the Lord is good! Blessed is the man who takes refuge in him! Psalm 34:8
God, You are … Good! Everything that is good and perfect comes from You. Therefore, apart from You there is no good because You are the source of all goodness. Everything that I have ever seen felt, tasted or experienced that is good is from You. All Your ways are good!
Today’s Prayer … God, I praise You for your goodness. You always make good decisions. In fact, Your decisions aren't just good; they are the best possible ones. Most days I don't see it that way because I don't exercise a right view of You. Forgive me for doubting Your goodness just because I can't see a "favorable" outcome. You are always looking at the big picture, not just my little world. Your perspective is kingdom-focused and Your goodness flows from that. Amen.
