Omnipresent
Where shall I go from your Spirit? Or where shall I flee from your presence? If I ascend to heaven, you are there! If I make my bed in Sheol, you are there! If I take the wings of the morning and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea, even there your hand shall lead me, and your right hand shall hold me. Psalm 139:7-10
God, You are … Omnipresent! Can I go away from Your presence? No, You are everywhere at all time and in all circumstances. It is impossible for me to hide from You, and Jesus promises never to leave me or forsake me.
Today’s Prayer … I praise You because You are omnipresent. You are always with me. What a comfort! Forgive me for forgetting this precious truth. I often fail to remember You are with me. I put You in the back of my mind rather than practicing Your presence. Psalm 16:11 says that in Your presence there is fullness of joy. Thank You that I can live in an abundance of joy as I seek to live in Your presence! Amen.
