WOW! This morning I met some of the most precious women ever … The Sigonella PWOC leadership team. They were fun, energetic and so passionate about the Lord and what He is doing in their lives. It was wonderful to hear all of the things they are doing from Bible studies to fellowship dinners and then some. We spent a lot of time talking about prayer and some ways they can further develop their prayer ministry. One of their ideas was to make home visits to new-comers. At these visits they would introduce themselves and pray with the new families. I can only imagine how lives are going to be blessed by these visits. We also brainstormed about some outreach projects they would like to begin, and we talked briefly about their up-coming Christmas tablescape dinner. They are going to have loads of fun with that one!! Here are the faces of these fantastic, godly women I was blessed by today …
I have so much more to write about today, but I am so tired. So … I'll leave you with these "teaser" pictures with the promise to tell you all about the most beautiful little place I visited today. Truly, the most gorgeous city in Sicily – Taormina. Ahhh … breath-taking views, quaint Sicilian scenery and of course, fabulous food!!
Enjoy these pics and please pray for tomorrow (Saturday). The retreat begins at 2 PM (Sicily time – that's 8 AM EST). I will be speaking twice tomorrow – at 2 PM and 6 PM (Noon EST). I'm not sure if I'll be able to blog when at the retreat, so remember to pray for Sunday, as well.
Grazie!
Trust me these pictures don't do this place justice. You'll have to come see it for yourself!
Ciao!

OK I am officially jealous! Italy is a beautiful country and I know you are going to be such a blessing to the PWOC ladies! I am praying for you!
Beautiful, beautiful breath taking pictures. Praying, knowing God is using you and Linda in a mighty way. Thanking HIM for the gift he has given you and that you are obedient to HIS call. Can’t wait to hear more from you.
